Il n\u2019y a pas de r\u00e9gulation bien que la population d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phants, par exemple,\u00a0 commence \u00e0 poser certains probl\u00e8mes car elle devient trop importante pour le parc.\u00a0 Ces grands pachydermes, pour se nourrir, d\u00e9truisent de vastes \u00e9tendues vitales \u00e0 bien d\u2019autres esp\u00e8ces.\u00a0Durant la saison s\u00e8che, l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9phant n\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 d\u00e9raciner un arbre pour finalement ne manger que ses racines.\u00a0 Quand on sait qu\u2019un \u00e9l\u00e9phant a besoin de 200kg (en moyenne) de nourriture par jour et qu\u2019il mange 20 heures par jour, on n\u2019a pas de mal \u00e0 imaginer les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lion, rhinoc\u00e9ros, \u00e9l\u00e9phant, buffle et l\u00e9opard que vous retrouvez m\u00eame sur les billets de banques sont les grandes stars du parc.\u00a0 On les appelle les Big Five en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux cinq animaux les plus dangereux \u00e0 chasser.\u00a0 Mais il n\u2019y a pas qu\u2019eux, int\u00e9ressez-vous \u00e9galement aux oiseaux (African Fish Eagle, Bateleur, King Fisher) et aux nombreuses vari\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019antilopes (Nyala, Waterbuck, Duikers) aux arbres (baobab) et m\u00eame aux \u00e9toiles!<\/span><\/p>\n

De nombreux ouvrages simples et bien \u00e9crits sont disponibles dans les camps du parc.\u00a0 Sasol, par exemple, \u00e9dite de nombreux petit guide tr\u00e8s simple d\u2019utilisation et plus qu\u2019abordable (R15).\u00a0 N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 bien vous \u00e9quiper pour rendre cette \u00e9tape aussi int\u00e9ressante qu\u2019inoubliable.<\/span><\/p>\n
